Comfortable 60 sq m apartment for 3 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator (not accessible to the disabled).  
  
The property is located in an area well-connected by public transportation, a 15-minute walk from the Basilica San Paolo stop on the B metro line.  
  
The area is full of all the main amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.  
  
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony.  
  
The interior space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with TV, sofa, armchair, coffee table, ceiling fan, split air conditioning, and balcony access;  
  
\- DINING AREA with dining table and chairs;  
  
\- KITCHEN with gas stovetop, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;  
  
\- BEDROOM I with double bed (160x190cm), bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, ceiling fan, split air conditioning;

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

The apartment is located just steps from the Garbatella neighborhood, which offers a wide range of amenities and excellent public transportation.  
  
The area is well-connected to public transportation: the 714 bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, while the Garbatella Metro B stop is an 18-minute walk away.  
  
This makes the property an excellent starting point for exploring the beauty of the Eternal City. The Appian Way Regional Park, perfect for walking, sports, and enjoying moments of relaxation, is just a few minutes away.

\- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, take bus 720 to the Laurentina stop. From there, take bus 671 to the Rufino stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.
