It is composed of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 living room with a small kitchen and a small balcony on the court yard. It has just been renovated, it is spacious and full of light. It is cosy and suitable for large families or groups of friends. The apartment is situated on the fast line of tram n°2\. So you can arrive in few minutes in the center (Piazza del Popolo) The bus n:32 and 280 links the apartment to S.Pietro Vaticano in few stops. You can rent bikes 5 minutes walk from the flat and ride by cycle track to S.Pietro or to Isola Tiberina. By foot you can arrive to Maxxi Museo, Auditorium and Olimpic Stadio. The flat has got Air conditioning in every room a flat Wi-Fi internet connection, 1 TV sets with both digital and satellite channels. Washing machine, dish maschine, iron, hover, micro-wave, boiler, toaster, hand-held mixer, hair dryer are available. A baby – sitting and transfer service are available on request. Easy access to the main sights in Rome (Colosseum, Vatican) either by tram or walking or rental scooter. Our favourite was to walk over to the Tiber, about a block away, and rent scooters to travel along the river path. Our group had four adults who wanted separate bedrooms out of the central toursit areas but with easy access to Rome's amazing attractions. So this apartment was ideal for us. We were greeted by the host and given a tour of the apartment along with maps and public transportation instructions. It's a short walk to the trolley, which takes you to the Piazza del Popolo in Ancient Rome, and to bus lines for other desitnations. The neighborhood has plenty of terrific cafes, restaurants, grocery, and shopping options. We spent our fist day just exploring the neighborhood and loved it. Bins get tempted on the front road bedrooms but you get there everywhere in Rome anyway – it can't be avoided! Rooms are nice and dark for sleeping with good quality shutters and air-conditioning in every room with separate controllers. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious dining room/lounge/open kitchen. Really unusual to get such a spacious apartment in Rome. Everyone who visited was envious of our find! Elizabetta was extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough for us in terms of arranging for multiple transfers in and out as we were all arriving and leaving at different times. We were totally comfortable walking around at night. The apartment left a lot to be desired. The pictures are deceiving. The size was awesome, more than enough beds and while the kitchen was small it was enough. AC works great! It was cool to open the big windows and watch the people below. The place could use a really good cleaning, some paint and a lot of upkeep that obviously has been neglected for quite a while. The host wasn’t overly friendly but that may just be the norm. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper, paper towels, an extra bath towel or more than one dish towel for the week. Over all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. ##### Linda C.
