This is an elegant and cozy 1400 square feet apartment, completely renovated in 2018, a great accomodation up to 12 adult guests and 3 children. In the apartment there are three bedrooms and a bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an additional dining area. This is the perfect place to stay if you are a family wanting to stay together. The apartment is large with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The location is perfect because it is in a neighborhood of locals, making restaurants and stores more authentic, priced well, and not touristy. There are several restaurants and shops below the apartment. The metro station is a short one-minute walk, and having a car is not necessary. The metro was easy to use. The neighborhood and building were safe and pleasant. Check in was easy, Enrico was there to welcome us, show us around the apartment, provided all the info and gave us local recommendations. The balconies in the evening give you the feel of local Italian culture, and we enjoyed sipping wine while discussing the day. Very clean and spacious for our large group. Great location, metro so close made it easy to get to destinations of interest. I can’t say enough of our host Enrico. What a lovely man who available 24/7 if we needed anything. And who organized parking and shuttles for our group to get back to the airport. Thank you Enrico! Luckily we find the Elegant apartment and had a fantastic stay. Enrico was great to deal with, quick to respond to communication and met us at the apartment for check in and a tour. He even went out of his way to print out 11 papers we needed for travel back to the States. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. ##### Isaac R. He is focused on making his apartment the best for his guests. He offered many suggestions for restaurants and activities. He helped us find a 30 day metro card, that was harder to find at many of the Tobachi stores. We invited him to stay with us when he travels next to the USA. Second the apartment is very nice and clean and exactly as described. The metro is right outside the front door. The neighborhood is safe and full of good restaurants and a big shopping mall with a very nice supermarket and other stores. Finally, it is very easy to see all the sights using the Metro and local buses. After we stayed for a month at Enrico's apartment, I am convinced it was an easy metro ride to an area that is less congested than staying near big attractions, that always are very crowded. When we go to Rome again, we will stay here for sure. ##### Andrew J. The check in process was problem-free and extremely simple. We were allowed to check in early as we had requested which really accommodated our busy schedule. Its listing is very accurate with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, more than enough beds (6+) and a pool table which provided a great way to wind down from a busy day visiting the sites! The AC, kitchen appliances, windows, doors, locks, water services and building elevator were all in proper working order. The apartment was supplied with enough towels, pillows, and toilet paper and was very clean and organized. The apartment was not only elegant and spacious but also perfectly situated close to a bus stop and metro station which made traveling easy. Additionally, only steps away, we had the Roxy Bar that made the best morning espresso and cappuccino coffees and pastries, and a few steps from the bar was Nino's, a perfect place to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat for lunch or supper. Further to this, was Enrico, our host, who was an absolute gentleman and was genuinely interested in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We truly felt special as his invited guests. He was available and came to see us during our stay. He accommodated our requests and was very helpful in providing touristic information such as places to visit, the best ways to get there, and some restaurants to enjoy. In fact, Enrico also helped us on the day we were leaving. Our private shuttle to the airport had gotten canceled and when he came by and saw us standing in the lobby with our baggage trying to book a taxi, he quickly helped us by first inviting us back into his apartment, and then immediately calling one of his contacts and arranging for a private pick up, which got us to the airport with time to spare! Enrico is a kind and outstanding gentleman and we appreciated all of his help, professionalism, courtesy and hospitality. We highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely look no further the next time we are in Rome. Thank you. ##### Maurizio L. I would recommend it to anyone. The apartment was lovely and very spacious. It is well equipped and comfortable. It is clean and modern. Our host was welcoming and easy to work with. Our host was kind and informative. The apartment is steps from a metro stop which makes it easy to come and go.
