My wife and I with our 2yr old stayed here off and on for 2 weeks. Lorenzo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The balcony is such a great addition. To be able to enjoy some quiet outside time is incredible. The bedroom is large and they provided a crib for our little guy which we set up in the closet with plenty of room. Bathroom is a bit small, but didn’t expect anything more for Rome. Overall we had a great stay here. There is a lot of stairs to enter and leave. One, up and down, and one spiral staircase. If you have trouble with stairs this place may not be for you. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything worked great. ##### Jason R. It is spacious, clean and all things were in top working order. The location is perfect for site seeing. All major sites within walking distance. The large terrace is a big plus as well. It is a great location. Easy to find- located within walking distance to many of the site. The owner communicated with us wonderfully and quickly when we had questions. Having a balcony and washer in the unit was also very appreciated. There are a lot of steps - so pack accordingly. The location is central to so many attractions ( Piazza Navaona, Pantheon for example ). There's even a great, very Roman/local, cafe bar right outside the door where you can get your breakfast coffee and pastry with the locals. The outdoor terrace was really fantastic for taking a break and replenishing ourselves before heading out for more exploring. The AC worked fantastically and the metal shutters kept the street noise out quite well - both very important details for any apartment in Rome. Finally, the hosts are very responsive, accessible, and helpful - a true delight! ##### Ken C.
