Bel appartement très bien situé Belle superficie, très agréable. Chacun Peut avoir ses espaces avec chambre et salle de bains propres Le tout à 2 pas du Panthéon, de la fontaine de Trévi et de la place Navone Roberto est très joignable et disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus facile et agréable

Great place, great location

We had a very good time in Roberto's place. It's perfectly located, quite well arranged and spacious. Beds were also good and kitchen fairly equipped. Roberto (or his agent Claudia) has been very responsive when asked (don't expect to get proactive advices though, but if you ask you get it). The only attention points I have are twofold: - appartment is on the third floor and no lift (not an issue at all for us but just know it !) - the 2nd bathroom shower was very very weak (no pressure at all so count two actual toilets but one shower only). All in all though it was really not an issue for us and we would totally recommend this place and may really come back. Thanks Roberto !

Great apartment! Enjoyed the amenities as well as the proximity to so many sites. We walked everywhere. Close to restaurants and caffès, but also tucked away so it was quiet at night. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms with showers for our family of 4. Plenty of space to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing and before aperitivo! It’s a walk up- beautiful marble steps. Made for a memorable stay in Rome.

The setting absolutely can't be beat. Almost everything was walkable or you could easily get to a bus line. Roberto was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 3. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice and quite place right in the heart of Rome. We walked to all the major attractions. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the place as its not very well sign posted. There are 72 steps upto the apartment, which certainly kept us fit.

Awesome location! Spacious apartment with comfortable amenities. Our host met us at the apartment and had also provided us details for self check in. Very communicative and quick to respond. Extra bedding, towels and supplies so we were amply provided. Walking distance to most of the main attractions (Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona), tons of restaurants, gelaterias and pizzarias all around us and still quiet enough to get a good nights rest. Photos and descriptions were accurate, including no lift/elevator so the stair climb was a bit of a challenge with luggage but we were expecting it so it was not a surprise.

We only had one small issue with a clogged drain when we first checked in. They were very timely with their responses and had someone there to fix the issue by the next morning. Great central location and super easy to work with. The description is very accurate of the property. Would stay again!

This apt was in an excellent location, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and around the corner from Giolotti (gelato and yummy pasteries). It was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate living room area and kitchen, and laundry which was great for our family of 4. The balcony didn't have much of a view so we didn't use it often, but we weren't really in the apt much anyways. The kitchen was well stocked and had a dishwasher. The only concerns were the inconsistent water temperature in the shower and walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor unit with all our luggage. Overall, we would highly recommend this property!

Easy to follow check-in instructions, and host is communicative. The location is perfect, right next to the Pantheon. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The stairs were not an issue for us...the property description clearly states it, so no surprises. If you aren't moderately active, you may struggle.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is in a lovely location and was perfect for our family of four. We were able to walk to everything and there were plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and Roberto, the host answered all our questions quickly. Most importantly, since it was 100* while visiting, the AC worked great. Highly recommend this apartment!
