### DOMUS COLOSSEUM, a few steps from the Colosseum

Just a few meters from the Colosseum, this detached, charming and istoric apartment welcomes you with a bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in a large living room. Furnished with ancient paintings and fragments of Roman history, it creates a unique atmosphere. Comfortable and quiet, it is suitable for both exploring the beauty of the city and for a restful holiday. IMPORTANT INFORMATION (JUST FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED BEFORE MARCH 15 2026)  
Additional fee to be paid cash on arrival is final clean + laundry (100 euro). For your information the cleaning fee was not included in your payment to VRBO, this is to avoid extra unnecessary fees on the platform. It is not possible to host undeclared and not registered guests in the structure.

Andrea was quick to respond to all messages. The place was recently renovated and absolutely stunning on the inside, giving off the theme of Rome within! Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to Collosium, and a lot of good restaurants in short walking distance. I Highly recommend this place

What a beautiful place to stay! Our host was waiting for us, communicated very well and addressed any questions or issues we had promptly. The location was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and secure with a local grocery steps away. The apt was clean, large and comfortable with beautiful touches throughout. The air conditioning was outstanding and needed for those warm summer Italian days. The bathroom, shower and vanity area were all spacious. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!!!

The apartment was beautiful and very near major sites in Rome. Andrea is a great host and works to keep his property well maintained and ready for your visit. If I'm ever in Rome again, this property will be my first choice.

This is an amazing place. It is in a great location, close to the Colleseum, resturants and groceries. The unit is clean, updated and very nicely decorated. The ac worked very well which was refreshing. The neighborhood was safe too. Would highly reccomed staying here.
