hôtel à éviter
Je suis arrivée à 23 H,suite à un retard au décollage,accueillie par un propriétaire bourru qui a voulu me faire payer tout de suite la taxe de séjour majorée de 1,50 euros.
je parle couramment italien et ai refusé.Il a exigé que je le paye la veille de mon départ, ce que j'ai fait sans payer la surtaxe.
Rapports très distants pendant tout mon séjour de 3 nuits.
La femme de ménage était polie sans plus.

se non avete grandi pretese....
Hotel situato al terzo piano di un antico palazzo (l'ascensore era rotto, quindi molte scale da fare...).
Camera semplice e abbastanza pulita, mentre il bagno è assolutamente troppo piccolo (io sono mingherlino e mi sono adattato, ma se fossi stato una persona anche solo un po' più robusta, non avrei potuto utilizzare il water che era a circa 5cm dalla doccia).
Generalmente la posizione non è scomoda con la metro a circa 5min, ma la zona è anche molto trafficata e quindi il rumore notturno non permette di riposare tranquillamente.
Se non avete pretese va bene, ma se potete spendere qualche euro in più guardatevi intorno perché la zona è ben servita.

I could'nt use the room.
I could'nt use the room. When I reached the room, nobody was there and nobody answered my phonecall. I and my company(among them there were 4 chiildren) waited about 40 minuites in front of the room at about 11 PM. It was cold outside. I sent messages to the room's phone number. But I did'nt get any answers from the room. So I could not help finding another hotel. Until now I have not get any call or messages. And I have not get my money back.
I think he or she is a shark, be careful.

The worst room I haven stay in my life. The room smell, bed not comfortable at all for 2 people, very old room only in photo look new . The Staff not friendly at all . Charge extra for torurist. When I ask they get angry . I'm not going to stay that anymore. I'm not recommend anyone stay they .
