It consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with large sofa, ideal for hosting up to 8 people. The elegant apartment is located in the Prati district less than 200 meters from the "Lepanto" metro stop and only 890 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo. Everything can be reached in a few steps. It is a brand new apartment, all recently renovated with quality materials, belonging to the luxury category. With independent entrance via a small private garden. Equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kitchen, pots and pans, towels, sheets, blankets, washing machine, Wi-Fi and electronic doors. Free parking space. It has nice beds and a nice courtyard to sit in and is situated perfectly both in walking distance to many places in Rome and very near to a Metro-station. I would not recommend it to more than 6 persons though, since the last 2 has to sleep in the living room, and it is not that big. ##### Berit D.
