(PLEASE NOTE: this apartment has other three rentals available in the same building at property number #10522407, #10523179 and #8970626). This elegant and comfortable apartment does conciliate the centrality of the location with such a spacious and cozy flat: furnished in a very sophisticated Italian style and completed by with typical wood beamed ceilings provides a stunning atmosphere and envelopes visitors with a cozy holiday feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and stove. The bathroom includes a shower. Washing machine and hanging rack are available. Autonomous central heating and Air condition. Each room has a TV. The apartment has a bedroom with two double beds and a separate lounge with a double sofa bed. A free wi-fi internet connection is provided. With their famous and central location, it is easy to walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Foro Romano, Piazza Venezia, Campo dé Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican. In this historical neighborhood you will find the magnificent palaces of the antique Roman families such as Farnese, Spada, and Pamphili to name just a few, streets that have changed little since Renaissance times. Pas vraiment facile à trouvé car mal indiqué sur google map. Âpres 1/2 heure d'attente et plusieurs coups de téléphone nous avons enfin pu prendre possession de l'appartement au 3eme étage. L'appartement est spacieux quoique ne disposant que d'une chambre et d'un salon avec cuisine séparé (et non 2 chambres comme indiqué sur l'annonce). Ameublement et équipement minimal et bon marché. Juste pour 3 et surement insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Le ménage est fait au minimun (pour 40 euros on pourrait s'attendre à mieux). Les casseroles et le congélateur sont trop sales pour être utilisés. Pas de balai ! ##### Michel D. Mais les équipements sont sommaires, voire défaillants. Il n'y a vraiment pas assez de rangements. La vaisselle est minimale, la poignée de la casserole pour les pâtes est cassée. On a dû appeler le propriétaire durant le séjour pour avoir un balai. Enfin, le ménage est fait superficiellement. Nous avons nous-même essuyé le dessus d'une armoire car nous voulions y déposer des vêtements. De la poussière également sur les poutres, sous les meubles, des vieux papiers dans les tiroirs,.... Cet appartement est finalement bon marché pour l'emplacement proposé mais gagnerait à être mieux équipé et entretenu. ##### céline h. Quiet street with bedroom at the back free from light and noise. Apartment was clean with basic furnishings. Kitchen also equipped for light meal prep. Host responded promptly. Cons: this property is not for anyone with mobility issues as there are three flights of steep narrow stairs to lug your luggage up. Door lock was very finicky and difficult to unlock and lock. Handle on bathroom door was also broken and falling off. The apartment could use a deep clean and coat of paint as it was quite dark and a little grungy. In terms of value for your money, Although the posted price seemed quite reasonable, there were a number of additional fees that made it quite expensive for what was on offer. Not sure why there was a bed in what should have been a sitting area and a couch in the bedroom. Fridge tips forward every time you open the door. I think Piazza Navona is my favorite spot in Rome. Very friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Little grocery story store is close by also. It is very old house. One of our tour guides said it was built in 16th century. It is very charming. No elevator (of course) and the staircase is narrow, so taking luggage up was a workout.
