Visiting Rome with family
After my son's wedding in Tuscany, my family and I spent three days in Rome before heading home. We had a late arrival, and Fidia accommodated our changes in schedule. This property is in the center of great sites, restaurants and shopping, so we walked to all our destinations. Every morning we prepared breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen, and then relaxed in the evenings in the comfortable living room and bedrooms. Only one evening did one of the four showers run out of hot water when we were all getting ready for our night out. I highly recommend this property.

Heart of Rome
The location of this apartment is great! Just steps from so much. The living/kitchen open floor plan area is spacious. And, the step out balconies make it special. Also, the host and property manager were fabulous.

Great location and space for our family
We stayed 5 nights in Rome doing one day trip to Pompei and Positano. The apartment was comfortable and in good condition. Only thing u would suggest is more and better towels and some extra blankets for cool evenings. We found the space really perfect for our family of 6

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location
We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome. We were a group of four couples, so having four bathrooms was a huge bonus! The space in the living room and dining room area was very comfortable for us to all relax together after long days of sightseeing. The location is perfect; a short walk to the Spanish Steps or Trevi fountain and very convenient to the metro. There are coffee shops, a grocery store, and several great restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy. We arranged a driver from the airport through the host, and he coordinated the timing of our arrival with the point of contact for check-in. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

Location, location, location!
So many excellent things about this apartment! The location couldn't be any better -- just minutes away from several key sites, stores, restaurants and subway. You can walk everywhere! Communications with management were easy and quick. They arranged transportation to and from airport for the eight of us, and it worked perfectly. Alan met us at the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. When the washer wasn't working, he had a new one delivered the next day. When we had trouble using the 'European' coffee maker, he went out and bought us a different one the same day! Unfortunately, we had a medical issue during our stay, and Alan even helped us contact an ambulance. Bedrooms are big and comfortable, views are incredible. Only negatives would be that the bathrooms are outdated, the floors could use a good scrubbing, and the ice box in the refrigerator freezes up. But we still give it five stars for the location, wonderful customer service, and overall experience.

The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing. The appt needs to be updated. The walls are in need of paint. The bathrooms need to be updated. The cleaning company that is used needs to do a more thorough job.

Dear Elena, thank you for your review. Every year in January, when the house is free, maintenance is done. Work began today which also includes painting the walls. It was not possible to do them earlier as the house was always booked and the last painting dates back to January 2022. The walls are white and not all guests pay attention, so they get dirty easily. Amazing location! Kitchen and living room were the highlight of the apartment. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms could use an update but were sufficient. Property manager very helpful and responsive. All in all, a great place for a family trip to Rome!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodated our two families celebrating a milestone birthday with ages 9-60! Fantastic location, clean, fully stocked towels and kitchen with an amazing view! Fidia couldn’t have been nicer answering our many questions with a quick response time. Additionally, we forgot a passport and Allan was incredible, meeting us the following day to return it for us. Highly recommend-five star all the way!

Nice for a large group
My travel group of 6 women chose this place based on location, space in the apartment and the pictures online. First the positives- it was very clean, the view from all the balconies was great. The elevator, though small was really appreciated. Check-in and communication with the property owner was great. She arranged pick up and drop off to and from the airport- the driver was on time. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of clean bathrooms. There was a nice bottle of wine welcoming us. The main negatives were that the place really needs some attention. The long white dining table had a tablecloth because former guests have stained the table. The sofa is tan (pics show white) and the love seat has a cover on it. We didn't take the cover off to investigate. Both the sofa and loveseat were of good quality. The place needs to be repainted (especially the halls connecting all the rooms)- it is not too bad, but for the price I was expecting ultra modern- slick white all over like the pics show. The last minor disappointment was there were no coffee pods to get us started. The machine was an Illy- and the only place that sells these pods is the Illy store down the street- which was closed (opens at 9 am)- so no coffee as we got ready. EVERY high end place I have ever rented has 2-4 pods for EACH bedroom they rent. So as you can see the positives outweigh the negatives, so I kept with a 5 star rating , but really it should be a 4.5 star rating.

We thank you very much for your review Jackie and we are happy that you liked the house. We have already planned to re-paint the apartment (we usually do that once per year), but in the last year it has always been fully-booked and even the months of November and December which usually have some free days up until Christmas, is entirely occupied until January 13th, as you can see on the calendar. We have therefore blocked the week from 13th to 20th January on the calendar to carry out maintenance work, including painting the whole apartment. The sofas have already been changed 3 times from 2015 to today. The ones currently present are almost new and, despite being the same model, they are slightly darker in color of those in the pictures (as white was not available). The smaller sofa has a sofa cover to prevent the position of the headrest from being changed, as a previous guest broke the mechanism to return the headrest to its original position). As soon as possible we will change that sofa or both sofas again (so as to put them in the same colour). Regarding the coffee machine, i'm sorry that You haven't found coffee pods in the apartment, we usually buy those or a bottle of wine as welcome gift to our guests. Anyway there is also a Moka pot in the house and we will add an American coffee machine too, so there will be plenty for all the tastes :) Thanks again for Your feedback and we hope to host You again in future!

Family of 6 adults stayed in this beautiful spacious apartment. Located within walking distance of great restaurants, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Hostess Fidia could not have been nicer made all my transportation arrangements. Allain greeted us and welcomed us.

This property was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean and convenient to all the Rome sights. Just a few blocks up the street to the Spanish Steps and a few blocks over on the cross street to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The bedding was comfortable, the A/C worked great even as hot as it was during our visit and the property manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely book this place again when we return.

An Amazing 3 Days in Rome

Perfect apartment
This was such a find! The apartment is much bigger than you would think- 8 of us, and we all had our own space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It had lovely balconies, where we took lots of pictures. The check in process was flawless and we were able to pay an extra fee to secure an early check in, which after flying over night and landing at 9am local time, we certainly appreciated being able to get right in. They had someone meet us at the apartment to show us around, and how everything worked, and they even had a nice bottle of wine and espresso pods waiting for us- score! Air conditioning worked great (Very important in Rome in June!) Perfect location- 5 min walk to spanish steps, 10 min walk to trevi fountain, tons of wonderful restaurants, etc... we will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Truly a Roman Holiday
Every aspect was perfect!! Booking, arriving, stay, and departure were all flawless. Fidia and Allen were quick to answer questions and provide us with detailed tourist tips. Perfect location. Excellent communication with host. Great apartment for our group of 7. Cool balcony from top floor. Elevator was nice. We didn’t use kitchen ourselves, but hired a chef one night who prepared a delicious meal in the kitchen. Host coordinated ground transportation for us. A few notes specific to families with young children: the apartment has a high chair and pack n play. No need for slumber pod as there were great blackout shades! There was also a washer a dryer…huge plus as little ones go through many outfits in one day. If traveling to Rome again with a group a similar size (7), we would stay here again.

Beautiful spacious apartment. The only issue we had was apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working. Up and down throughout the day was no fun. Up and down w/luggage was much worse.

I'm sorry about the elevator, unfortunately it happened the day of Your arrival, we immediately called the assistance and they sent a technician on Dec. 23rd same day, just he couldn't finish the repair because he needed a piece to replace. Then 24th, 25th shops were closed. So he wasn't able to compleye the repair before You left on Dec. 25th (Christmas day).

You could not ask for a better location in Roma. We were a family of 7, adult kids and aging parents (78 & 82). Spanish steps and Trevi fountain less than 5 minute walk, too many amazing restaurants on the door step to even mention, shopping, co-op for food one street over...but also accessible by car/taxi...so no rolling luggage for blocks across cobblestone which is hard if mobility issues (as we had). Colosseum 20 min walk. Truly amazing. Beautiful view from apartment and large, bright common space. Property managers always responsive and arranged car to/from airport upon arrival. Was absolutely seamless. Highly recommend!

BEST SPOT IN ROME!!!
The apartment met all of our needs. We were a group of 4 couples and an infant. The apartment has beautiful small balconies, is in the center of Rome, just a few blocks from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The kitchen was large enough to cook and well-equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The showers were small but typical for Europe and the water pressure was good. We never heard neighbors and the elevator to the room functioned well. We all enjoyed the apartment and could not have found a better place. Thank you for an awesome stay!! Would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

What an amazing experience! Fidia/Alan (management point of contact) and Mauro (transportation services) made our stay stress-free and they accommodated every request to make for a perfect "welcome home" feel. Chef Leopoldo/Marta (and his team) made us an incredible (and unforgettable) dinner. Did I say the meal was fantastic? Well worth the extra cost and highly recommend making this part of your itinerary. They were so lovely, we asked them all to come back to the States with us! Fidia was spectacular and quick to respond with any questions or added requests I had throughout the year-long planning. She shared perfect instructions for planning and upon arrival, Alan was accommodating and was quick to make us feel at home. The apartment... The apartment brought tears to the eyes of every person who entered into the living room. The pictures are accurate, but I cannot fully describe actually being there! The views are truly breathtaking, the apartment was spotless and we indulged immediately in some rose while declaring which bedrooms we wanted! Every room had a small, perfect balcony, which allowed for our couples to leave the doors cracked while listening to the city music. Each of the couples had their own bathroom, which was so nice to enjoy privacy and to have a washer and dryer was key after a long cruise. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere (Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were a 8 minute walk down beautiful side streets hailed with shops, cafes and restaurants). We also walked to the Colosseum (15 minute walk) and Pantheon (10 minute walk). We shopped, ate and took in the amazing sites throughout the area. The area is high-end and extremely safe for both day and evening walks. A supermarket is 2 minutes down the street and made it convenient to get a couple items for the apartment (such as water, produce). When we travel back to Rome, we will be staying here again! Cheers!

We had come to Rome with a party of 5 friends. The place is bright and modern. It's airy with a lot of private space along with a lovely kitchen living room area with nice views of the roofs of Rome. The location could not have been more perfect. A short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. In fact, you can easily walk almost anywhere from this place. Allan was terrific to deal with. It was, in short, the perfect Rome apartment.

Great Stay in Rome
We had a wonderful few days at this property. The 7 of us had plenty of space and privacy. The property was clean and bright. The fact it had air conditioning was key in the hot hot Rome temperatures! Allen was a great help in our check in process and he was also wonderful planning our transfer from the train station and then to the airport. Everything worked perfect. We would all totally recommend this property and choose again on our next trip!

Great location - HUGE Condo
I really appreciated the communications with the host! FAB! I brought 8 family members with a baby and they were terrific and answering all my emails (quickly) and with details. They kept us informed with all the changes within the condo, and were completely honest about all details. The location was perfect. The rooms and kitchen/social area were perfect!
