"VICO 3rd floor":
The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the third floor, with elevator, has an area of 240 square meters and consists of a double living room with beautiful marble fireplace (decorative), frescoes on the walls and doors, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower, one half bathroom with only toilet and faucet, dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. All rooms are illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings. Three beds are "Italian matrimoniale" (200x160cm, 6 sleeps) and three beds are single (200x90cm, 3 sleeps)". The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, central heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd, washer, dryer.
For our youngest guests we provide a pack&play (1-4 years old).
The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Piazzale Flaminio. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to Piazza del Popolo and a five minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The “Flaminio” underground station is only twenty meters from the building.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet appartement il y a quelques années et, comme la dernière fois, nous sommes ravis des 3 jours et 3 nuits que nous y avons passé. L'appartement est vaste et confortable. La station de métro est toute proche ainsi qu'un supermarché et plusieurs petits restaurants. En quelques minutes on accède à pied à la Villa Borghèse. L'équipement de l'appartement est moderne (climatisation récente). Un petit point négatif: les plaques de cuisson sont lentes à chauffer. Par ailleurs FIDIA traite avec une compagnie pour les transferts aéroport/ville. Le chauffeur du retour avait une conduite dangereuse et était désagréable...

Nous sommes partis à 9 personnes (3 générations) est tout c'est bien passé, la location est très bien située dans Rome place du peuple à 5-10 mm de la place d'espagne. Il est très bien desservi par le métro et les bus, cependant beaucoup de visites peuvent ce faire à pied. L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous a rendu de multiples services et nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. à recommander

The location was incredible with all the major sites within walking distance. A grocery store is just around the corner in addition to all the restaurants in the main square(Piazza del Popolo). Allan was extremely helpful while checking in and there was even a bulldog to greet us! The room was spotless and so beautiful with a great view! If we come back we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just like the photos. Communication with Franca was amazing. Allen was welcoming and informative. The location is great. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and bank ATMs around. The buses and metro are right there.Warning: it is not handicapped friendly. We chose this property because my father is in a wheelchair and it has an elevator. There is a huge staircase before you can get to the elevator! This is not on the property management (they never said it was handicapped friendly). Just be warned that the fact that it has an elevator does not mean it's for handicapped.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with plenty of room for grown family of 8, in ideal location. The hosts were so gracious and helpful every step of the trip. When our family of seven were looking for a place to stay in Rome, we found the Piazza del Popolo apartment. The listing said 'close to everything,' and they were 100% correct. It was an amazing roomy apartment, filled with history and European comforts. We often stood in the front windows, to look over the neighborhood. Working with Fidia was easy - her assistant Allen was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We even booked our Vatican tour with Fidia's recommendation. Not only were we 5-10 minutes from must see tourism sights, we were only a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. If you like to walk (and we do) it was so convenient. There were amazing restaurants in the Piazza, a great little grocery store and cafe right across the street. Cabs and Uber were easy to catch. After looking a lot of locations - being able to have a group sitting area - three in fact - to sit and talk about our day - was perfect. It was the first time in Rome for half of our party, so this was a fabulous place to stay. And... honestly - after leaving Rome to a resort in Lake Como, and a hotel in Munich, this location had by far the most comfortable beds. That might seem a little thing, but 17 days on the road, it ended up being a big thing. :) Thank you Fidia for just adding to our memorable trip.

The apartment was spacious and quite nice. The rooms are also spacious, with plenty of closet space to unpack your suitcase. The property manager was great. They reached out about arranging car service to and from airport, and also helped us get car service to Tivoli for a day trip. They also promptly responded when there was a slight leak in one of the bathrooms. The only downside is the showers are not great (one is a bath tub with half wall, and the second had a half broken shower head). But given location and all the other pluses, this is overall a great place.
