As a solo traveller who can't get a good night's sleep on a single bed, this place was a heaven. Double bed, quiet and private. The room is in a building of private flats right next to Roma Termini. Airport shuttle bus stops almost in front of via Ratazzi so it's less than a minute walk. You need to arrange your arrival time with the owner so he can be there to welcome you. There are two buttons for Buonanotte at the door. If one doesn't work, press another. The owner won't come downstairs, but will unlock the door remotely. I kinda missed the click sound so ended up ringing multiple times. If you don't arrange your arrival time you might end up having to call and wait until he arrives which can be a while as Roma is busy. I thought the breakfast option was an ideal way of experiencing Roma. You get coupons for hot beverage and cornetto of your choice. Nothing screams Italian breakfast than cappuccino and cornetto. The breakfast is in Santa Maria Osteria on the road parallel to Termini, a few minutes walk from Buonanotte. You also get discounts for lunch and dinner there with the same coupon. I think it's the perfect place to have breakfast but practice your Italian, guys who work in the mornings know very little English and tend to only speak Italian. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. Roma center is at the walking distance. If you enjoy exploring and walking don't buy any tickets for any buses. There's something beautiful almost around every corner.

Very close to Rome Terminal and Metro, great food at terminal. We picked this BnB because check in time is early, we checked in 11am. But check out 9am. Room Verde, very large room, comfortable bed and clean room. Free breakfast at Santa Maria nearby BnB.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. There were no problems with the room. The person who received us for check-in was not friendly, but he did accommodate our request to separate the bed into 2 twin beds. I knew we would be near the train station and that was convenient for transportation, but being near the station meant being surrounded by homeless people and the smells were very unpleasant.

Some solo traveler might feel uneasy in area. Im female solo traveler, the convenience of location budget and transportation outweighed the look of area. Noisy area but windows are newer and dont let much of noise when closed. It is old building, but has what is needed to be safe inside.

I loved my stay at this property. It's very good value for money. It's super close to the central train station which is convenient. For that reason, the area may feel a little unsafe at night but just be streetwise and you will be fine. The property owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. The facilities are very good for the price paid. If I am back in Rome (there is a big possibility) I will not hesitate to stay here. With a few improvements, which I already mentioned to the owner, I will be very happy to easily give this property 5/5.

Shower ran out of hot water while showering, so you need to take a quick shower. Person who checked me in (the owner?), didn’t give me the WiFi password when I checked in, and I just caught him before he left to ask him for it. He seemed really put out by the whole check-in process.

This B&B is perfectly located for the main station and all major tourist attractions. Tricky to find as entered through large Italian doors with only a tiny name for the bell. The accommodation gives you a real taste of living like an Italian. Spacious room and good views of the surrounding streets. Takeaway breakfast included from down the street was very tasty (choice of pastry and coffee). You must either stand at the bar or takeaway. Only negative was the breakfast provider was not very friendly. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice room! This is a condo studio in a tall building. Look for address, Not hotel sign. If you sleep in, make sure you have everything you need, ie coffee. The breakfast voucher is for a very nice restaurant down the street. Includes cappuccino and croissant standing at bar. Close to train station and other transportation. No late check out! Live like a local. Highly recommend.

Salve, il Wi-Fi era scritto sul regolamento e assicuro che era ed è funzionante. Per la segnaletica c’è un piccolo cartello sotto il palazzo. Per la colazione l’avevamo avvertita che purtroppo la settimana scorsa il bar era chiuso per lavori e infatti le è stato fatto un piccolo sconto. Grazie alla prossima

I had a nice stay here. The room was spacious and nice to have a electric kettle for my hot drinks. The room was very clean and ready for my early arrival. The staff were very friendly although with limited English. The room also has a in-room safe box so that was useful. It was a nice surprise to learn that breakfast was included, it wasn't big, just a pastry a hot drink but that was not enough for me in the morning! The location is exactly what I needed, 2 mins walk to the Roma Termini so it made my coming & going effortless especially with my luggage. The area seems little sketchy by the train terminal but I felt quite safe. I definitely recommend this property!

Great Stay
The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy to access and move around to other parts of the city. The air conditioner was great and the water pressure in the shower was also good. The area around the train station and hotel is a bit sketchy. Many homeless and people hanging out on the streets at all hours of the night.

Do not use breakfast vouchers! Very poor choice of restaurant, and overpriced! Instead just grab something on the Termini station, they have excellent restaurants and prices are good - it is literally 1 minute walk!

Comfortable and clean
Easy check in. Nice, large room. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Had one instance of low water pressure mainly because it is an old building. I would recommend showering in the evening to avoid disappointment. Easy 5 min walk to Termini Station.

The manager, Mr. Massimo is very nice, helpful and gentleman. My room was very clean. there were high speed Wifi, TV, nice private washroom and shower.
