The apartment consists of a double living room divided into a sitting area with a double sofa bed (150x190) and a dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms both with private bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the second bedroom is smaller with a double bed (150x200). The apartment is very comfortable and bright and can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people (70 m²) The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and air conditioning \\ heating and SmartTV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide sheets and towels for all guests with the possibility of cleaning with linen change. The apartment is very comfortable. Its location is in the heart of historic and allows you to explore on foot many tourist attractions. The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection. The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld). Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. Visited Hadrian’s Mausoleum up the street, shopped and ate in the area. Only snafu was one toilet and loose and they re-glued it down while we were there. Two small flights of stairs to door.
