We had a wonderful stay at this property! We stayed in an apartment with a terrace. It was fully equipped with a kitchen. Very spacious. The location was excellent! So many restaurants nearby and a small grocery store across the street. We had a couple very small questions/issues when we first checked in and they were answered and resolved right away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room was nice and spacious for our group of four. We had a stocked fridge and fresh pastries delivered each morning. It was located in a good area with tons of excellent dining options. We would definitely rwcommed staying here!

Should we ever return back to Rome, i will book this hotel in an instant! The staff was wonderful. We felt so comfortable with them. We were also happy they spoke not only English but Spanish as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Ciao

The room was maybe smaller than expected but comfortable and we didnt really spend much time in it! Was in an excellent location. Only issue was the noise. Our room overlooked a courtyard and we experienced noise late at night and early morning from people emptying bins. The room had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful

This is a great location. We walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Vatican City! Lot's of steps...but well worth it! Grazie mille, Aenea Superior Inn!!

This property was perfectly located within reasonable walking distance of the Termini station and many popular sites including the Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish steps and numerous others. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious and well appointed. The only negative point was that our room was located on the street and it was a bit noisy in the early mornings, but you’re probably going to get that anywhere in this city!

What a wonderful place. Great location. Clean, comfortable, charming rooms. A great change from your cookie-cutter chain hotel. From the moment I buzzed in, knew I'd made the right choice. I was given keys to the front door and my charming little single room. A basket of fresh pastry hung outside my door each morning. Well-stocked coffee station and fridge. Short 15 min walk to Colosseum, metro and bus stops. A few things to keep in mind. As converted condos, the rooms are close, with little sound-proofing. There is a tiny elevator, but may have to take steps. There was also a strong cleaner smell, so if you're sensitive may be an issue (room immaculately clean).

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bed apartment. This worked really well for us with 3 children aged 6, 9 & 12. The staff were very helpful and changed the beds so we had 3 single beds for them. The apartment is clean and tidy. The location is perfect only 5 minutes walk from Termini train station and all site seeing within a 30 minute walk.

This is a great location. We walked to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona. Roma Termini is very close to the hotel. Just down the street at 2 min walk is a cluster of places to eat. Nice clean room to make your base as you explore the city. Hotel staff is very friendly. We used Uber to call a local cab to go to the Vatican Museums but one could use the metro quite easily. Hotel is on via Urbana which is off via Cavour, the main street. We felt quite safe walking around.

We had a room with private terrace area which was really nice as the room itself is very basic. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of snacks and water available in the room which was appreciated. The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the coliseum, Trevi fountain and about 55 minutes from the Vatican so easy to get around. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an unassuming but once grander appartment building which makes it feel less like a hotel (no entrance directly off the street etcnand you would walk right by without noticing if you didn't know) but it made it feel different and there were always staff available if we needed. Breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning - bread rolls, pastries and yoghurt. The area felt safe and less touristy than some other areas we walked through.

My sisters and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We had an apartment and it was perfect. Different from online pics but not in a bad way. It seemed newly updated and modern. We had everything from a stove, microwave, and fridge. Our favorite part was opening the window/doors to enjoy the breeze day and night. We were able to walk across the street to get necessities from a grocery store located 2 minutes away. Lotsa shops and restaurants were close by. They provided fresh bakery croissants and bread delivered daily along with espresso, coffee, and teas. They provided juices, yogurts, drinks, and bottled water daily along with housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant staff, we arrived early to drop our bags, but the room was ready and we got checked in, which was very nice of them. A good location, very convenient. Room was not large but everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast basket and snacks/soft drinks in the fridge on arrival is a nice touch.

Nice rooms with one of the best benefits is getting freshly cooked pastries in a little basket outside your room every morning. Snacks and minibar were complimentary which was appreciated. Location is close to a few things but is a bit of a walk to get to some things like the Vatican. Staff was friendly and helpful in pointing out some things in the area. Overall, very nice.

What a great stay before our cruise. The reception gentleman was so helpful from lending us an adaptor to writing out the train schedule to the cruise ship. The bread basket daily for breakfast and the stocked minibar were great touches. Felt very safe with all the keys to get in. Great location with grocery right across the street. Nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Only downside was I was hoping we would have a kitchenette but was told that it wasnt available. I booked a 1 bedroom suite but did not have the amenities I was hoping for. Regardless of that, our room was spacious and Simeone was very helpful during the checkin process

Lovely hotel
Really lovely hotel, I arrived a bit early and was able to check-in straight away. In a great area and all the major sites are within walking distance, but the room felt very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Serviced rooms in a quiet historical building within walking distance of the main Termini train station. Useful small grocery opposite, with plenty of eating options nearby. Rooms are well appointed and serviced daily, replacing items for breakfast to have alongside the bread rolls and croissants that are fresh each morning. Nice to have breakfast in the room sat at a table.
