The magnificent paintings and small burl elements make it special. You can enjoy a unique experience in the 14th-century building, where Caravaggio lived and worked for 9 months, where as you exit the alley you will be in the vibrant heart of Roman luxury shopping, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and the magnificent Via Condotti will take you to the Spanish Steps in just a few steps. APARTMENT RULES: \- ATTENTION >> !! ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 !! A supplement of € 50 will be applied for late entries from 22.00 to 00.30. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION \- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival. \- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €60 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment. \- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking IMPORTANT: To complete the online check you need to put the photo of your identity card or passport.
