"It was a rocky start. We checked in pretty late and the hotel manager was having a hard time figuring out the payment issues Hotels.com was having with their hotel. Apparently, they couldnt process the payment so we were almost charged again for the room. She did recover and just gave us the keys and told us theyd figure it out later. The room was nice but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It also squeaked on any movement. We ask to have it replaced or a bed topper put on to no avail. Shower was great. Just hard to sleep."

"We were so impressed with this quaint hotel - Staff was exceptionally peasant - free coffee 24/7 - breakfast was basic but surprised at the value of the room that breakfast was even included. Bed very comfortable with nice desk and chair and comfortable side chair. Shower was very nice."

"Very noisy with kids running up and down hallway and stairs until midnight. Guests in rooms next to our room talked really loud no sleep if you stay here. "

"We stayed for 1 night, didn't have time to use the hot tub or pool, I went to check it out and it the area looked amazing, they also have an area with a tv and games, an ice cream shop. The Breakfast was soooo good! All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"The room was clean, and both the hot tub and pool were heated. The staff was very polite and demonstrated professionalism. Breakfast was satisfactory; however, it would be wonderful if more gluten-free options were available. I will definitely consider staying here again. We even forgot something and was able to go back into the room to get it, after we checked out."
