"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"Water pressure was horrible and windows had no net letting in alot of mosquitoes when open"

"We were not provided this suite we reserved/prepaid. Upon arrival we were given an address several blocks from the suite we requested. The AC did not work - the room was very warm."

"We had Room 6 which appears not to be the room in the Expedia pics with the sloping ceilings and it wasnt setup for twin beds but we made it work by sharing the double bedding. The location was spot on for the Ferrari and Maserati museams as well as bars and restaurants. The on street parking can take a while to find a free bay but they offer paid parking as well"

"Great walkable area of Modena. Host was responsive. Check-in process was a bit more complicated than most and the studio felt a bit unfinished. Only one nightstand in the bedroom and no extra pillows. "

"Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral."

"IL mini appartamento è situato in posizione ottimale, al centro di Modena, con possibilità di parcheggio. Pur essendo piccolo è dotato di tutto. la comunicazione con i gestori ha funzionato perfettamente."
