The room smelled like wet cigarette and was dirty. There was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. Not impressed. Won't stay again.

We have stayed before and we will stay again. Centrally located with secure parking.
My biggest problem is the odour of their natural soaps and shampoos. The odour is strong on entering the room, and after using the hand soap or shampoo, I have to use something else to get rid of the horrible odour. I was hoping they’d have changed their supplier by now.
