Clean but very tired, needs updating. Kitchen located in the small lounge with table and chairs. No room to move. Many stairs to apartment and even more to solarium which needed a good paint. Ok to dry washing. ,

Apart great enough for 2 very light pool and grounds excellent.
Not happy that we were charged €240 on arrival for electric and water this did not appear on web site and final invoice stated final payment which included all services and charges. This is incorrect. Key holder said that they had problems with this being on web site last year with lots of arguments but had been rectified. Obviously not. We booked through an English web site which stated satellite TV which we had but was 400 German channels with only 1 in English which was sky news if we only were staying 1 week may have been fine but 8 weeks was extremely hard. Did speak to key holder who just said she did not know how many were in English not very helpful. This should all have been stated on the web it is misleading. Therefore we are looking for some compensation especially as we had not budgeted for initial 240.00 payment which left us with less money for day to day expenses. Nothing wrong with with the apartment and probably have still booked if we knew about additional charge but we would not have booked if we knew we did not have any English speaking tv channels. I look forward to your comments. I will be in contact when I return to the UK.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El anuncio refleja bastante bien la realidad. En la casa hay de todo lo necesario y todo esta bastante limpio. Perfecto para alojarse una pareja con niños. La piscina y el jardín también está muy bien y es muy tranquilo. Hay que tener en cuenta la zona en la que está por lo que se hace necesario usar el coche. La experiencia en general perfecta y fuimos muy bien atendidos por Daniela.

Schöner Urlaub in Torrevieja (Rojales), Spanien
Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem gepflegtem Appartement, es gibt sehr viele Freizeitaktivitäten vor Ort, die man unternehmen kann. Supermärkte, nahe gelegene Städte sind leicht zu erreichen und der Weg zum Strand bzw. zum Meer ist auch nicht weit. Die Ankunft war auch total pünktlich und individuell angepasst. Man wird persönlich von der Verwalterin (Daniela) beraten, welche Aktivitäten man wo am besten unternehmen kann und daher konnte sie uns sehr behilflich sein, da sie schon länger in Spanien lebt und selbst mehr Erfahrung dadurch gesammelt hat:) Bei Schwierigkeiten/Fragen/Problemen, kann man auch über Fewo Direkt die Inhaber des Appartements kontaktieren, sie sind genauso hilfsbereit:) Super Preis, können es nur weiter empfehlen und würden wieder kommen! Übrigens ist es relativ ruhig am Pool, sodass man die Zeit dort gut mit der Familie/Freunden genießen kann!!

Schöner Urlaub
Gutes Angebot an zu nutzenden Gegenständen auch zur Mitnahme an den Strand. Alle Geräte funktionierten problemlos. Auch das deutsche Fernsehen, was sonst oftmals problematisch oder gar nicht vorhanden ist. Tolle Poolanlage! Wir würden gerne wieder hin fahren.

El alojamiento está genial para veranear, el ático de arriba es un puntazo por las noches para estar tranquilo y fresquito, la piscina me encanta es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos y el agua está calentita. Daniela es súper agradable y te ríes mucho con ella. No es un sitio para veranear sin coche porque no está cerca de la playa y todo lo que hay alrededor son chalets y urbanizaciones, hay supermercado más o menos cerca. Para los niños pequeños es genial disfrutan muchísimo la piscina sin peligro, hay piscina pequeña redonda que para niños apartir de 2 años. Un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de un descanso con la familia,en pareja,solo...
