The lot is awesome, it is flat and has a boat ramp. The cabin has central heat and air and a fire place. The view is incredible and the lot has huge trees that make you think you are in a State Park. This cabin would be ideal for tournament fisherman , or just spending a quite weekend on the lake. There are several picnic tables, grill and a new pier. Also has a fire pit where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets ! 3845 Co Rd 91 Rogersville Al. 35652\. Just added a pier 103 ' long . There have been some monster catfish caught off this pier ! Now have high speed internet 500 mps and smart tv.
