The lot is awesome, it is flat and has a boat ramp. The cabin has central heat and air and a fire place. The view is incredible and the lot has huge trees that make you think you are in a State Park. This cabin would be ideal for tournament fisherman , or just spending a quite weekend on the lake. There are several picnic tables, grill and a new pier. Also has a fire pit where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets ! 3845 Co Rd 91 Rogersville Al. 35652\. Just added a pier 103 ' long . There have been some monster catfish caught off this pier ! Now have high speed internet 500 mps and smart tv. This home offered direct access to the water with its own ramp, pier and electric. The home had all the basic amenities and was clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was great!! The lot is basically flat so there where no flights of stairs which made everything more convenient. Nice quiet home with a beautiful wooded lot. The owner was much accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We arrived and there were home made cinnamon rolls that we dived into. He also gave us some of his famous smoked bbq shredded beef (very tender and delicious tasting) and homemade syrup (very light and flavorful).
