"We were looking for a place near Colmar for our family of 4 with 2BR, a living space and a kitchen and we got everything we were hoping for. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, it includes 2 parking spaces if you need it and although we had a few hiccups when we arrived late on check in day the owners were very kind and helped us sort everything we didn’t figure out ourselves the following day. "Everything was great, no complaints. Large apartment & bathroom. Super comfy bed and pillows. Plentiful breakfast. Nice indoor swimming pool with access to a garden. Really nice staff and very helpful. Great location within a short walking distance to Colmar old town and lots of restaurants."

We had a premium room, but it was a strange shape which was quite off-putting. The chairs in the room were also very modern but highly uncomfortable for anyone with a back problem. "A truly wonderful stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are lovely, very clean, and they have fantastic amenities. The views are very nice if you face the park from your balcony. I love that there was a bathtub to relax in. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. Don’t skip the quark!"

"Fabulous hotel. Room, bathroom and communal areas all spotless and comfortable...only recommendation would be to provide more hooks or storage in the room, but this was only a very minor issue for us! Room is cleaned and towels replenished only at your request. This was communicated very clearly upon our arrival and not an issue for us at all. There is always someone on Reception. Lobby and chill out areas wonderfully quirky. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay but drink choice was great. Bar is open until very late. The free complementary drink for each guest was a nice touch too. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. Hotel is perfectly located to both Europa-Park and Rulantica...a pleasant walk through the pretty town of Rust. Free themed lockers available. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka serving fresh pastries, salad etc on your doorstep. Great to access if you want to keep your holiday to a tighter budget. Would we stay here again...absolutely!!!"

"Our experience was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great friendly staff, very good breakfast, nice added touches, like candies, slippers along with expresso and coffee machines, tea, water, sodas, cold tea complimentary in fridge. On leaving we were given some delicious butter cookies. Safe parking and close to train station for those traveling by train. 10 min walk to old town. Lovely town and great place to stay."
