You can have lots of fun on some of the dunes, although getting the sand out afterwards is a big hassle. This is one of my favorite images from this location. I love the warm light tones and the shadows that create a contrast in the foreground sand. It is created from a single exposure with only minor modifications made to adjust overall contrast and brightness. If you are interested in wildlife, the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge is nearby and is a very popular location. Casa Del Sole is a wonderful home. The ocean view Is breath taking it was great and relaxing to listen to the ocean. Awesome to take a nap and go to sleep listening to the ocean. The kitchen dishes, fiesta ware, are beautiful. We Enjoyed cooking with the high quality and quantity of cookware. The only problem we had with every room was the layer of dust, including dog hair, in every room. Especially on the headboards of most beds. It was finger deep.
