8.8/10 Excellent! (1,016 reviews)
Wanted to love it as a boutique hotel attached to an aveda spa. Although the hotel suggests they use aveda products they used low budget products. The sheer curtains had black mold.they implied a vitality centre with small workout options that was closed indefinitely. Free breakfast in price was just ok. Expected more at spa bistro. Front desk on checkin unaware of parking situation downtown. Disappointing. I won’t recommend.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (46 reviews)
The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
