"Wonderful stay--perfect in every way. Great location too."

"The property was fantastic - great communication, clean and wonderful location. It was a a very fun unique way for our family to visit Wilmington. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Wonderful place to stay for visiting downtown Wilmington or seeing a concert at Live Oaks. Perfect stay. Comfortable beds. The only thing I would improve is room darkening bedroom curtains. Especially the upstairs Kings face the lighted walkway between the two rows of house boats. Those lights are bright and light filtering blinds do very little to help a dark living sleeper sleep!"

"The service with the golf cart was top tier."

"Beautiful property and nice accommodations. Excellent customer service. Very relaxing and will for sure book again!"

"Even though it rain during our stay and we did not get the chance to get out much, the view from the boat house made up for it. The place was absolutely wonderful along with the host and staff. We are planning another trip next year."

"Very nice, great area."

"We loved it, so close by the Live Oak amphitheater. Enjoyed walking into the venue. Beautiful views on the upper level deck."

"Outstanding experience. We have stayed at the Cove a few times now and love it everytime!!"
