"The property is located just a block from Century Mall which has great restaurants! The staff is amazing!! Anna, Mica and Sir Den are the best! This is my new “go to” hotel when I’m in Makati! Can’t recommend it highly enough!! The renovations are just being completed and make the hotel even more modern and enjoyable!! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!!"

"The Executive Suite I was first given was dirty and dusty...the carpets need steamed cleaning on the 14th floor. I complained and was moved to the 16th floor, room 1634 much better."

"The hotel was in a very nice area. Very well maintained. The food in the hotel varied, though the pool food was always good. Very close to the shopping area. Very relaxing pool in the evenings. Very good gym. The bar was nice. The staff were excellent and were everywhere all the time. Which to be honest was a little bit too much sometimes. A very nice stay. "

The pool is very nicer The roof deck is great but often very windy The staff were excellent overall. The area around the hotel will depend on what you’re looking to do. "
