I made a reservation for an extra 2 nights after staying there for 4nights, I informed the front desk officers and all one of them did was to charge my card again for payment when I had already paid through Expedia. I went to them to inform them and the arrogance and rudeness was unmatched, eventually the supervisor agreed they had held an extra payment on my credit card and that they were going to correct that. The supervisor asked me to come the following day so they could change the room for me because I chose a room different from what I was currently occupying, when I went the following day as I was asked to do, I had the shock of my life, I was asked to pay extra to maintain my room and I said we had agreed to change rooms so why an extra charge now, the front desk staff told me there was no room, I was shocked because I had make a reservation for God’s sake, how come I can’t have it as agreed but pay extra to maintain my room?
Through out my 6nights stay, there was no cleaning of my room, no change of bed sheets, soap was not provided, no tissues etc, I had to buy one myself. The compound was never swept even once in my entire 6nights.
There was no coffee and the front desk staff were not friendly and helpful at all.
On this vacation I had booked 4 facilities with Expedia, I must confess, this is the worst experience I’ve had. It is horrible experience, I will not recommend Redroof to anyone in the Maryland area.
