« We had a great stay overall! The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the property itself was amazing – clean, comfortable, spacious, and very quiet. We had read some comments about bugs and cleanliness issues, but in our experience (mid-August) the house was literally spotless, and we didn’t see a single bug. That said, we were a bit disappointed to find that some of the main amenities advertised were not available. The swimming pool and spa were both empty, and the fire pit was blocked off....

« Very nice and clean property. Check-in was very easy. The home is located atop the Boars Head cliffs with an excellent view of Hampton Beach and the bay, in a very quiet upscale area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensil and other items, though we really didn't cook during our stay. My only objection is the owner requires YOU to wash, fold, and put-away all linens and towels BEFORE you leave, and the note even has a snarky "don't forget you need to be out by 10am" comment....

« Spacious home for seven people in for a wedding dress shopping weekend. Decorated nice for the beach location and has a nice limited coast view Convenient location. The home is clean surface wise, but there is some wear on the furniture and rugs. Would stay here again. »
