« This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton. »

« Breakfast was very good, but parking was a nightmare. Information said the railway station was open until 19.30 .. we went to look ... 18.00! There is nowhere to drop off bags etc. abd my eife uses a mobility scooter, so, we would not be able to get anything to eat in the evening. I had to carry our case from the railway station and dusmantlr the scotter and made several trips up stairs to store it in the very small room, then, carry it downstairs again to go out. « This is a wonderful, historic hotel on the river in Worcester, a 5 pound taxi ride from the Worcester New Shrub train station, and within walking distance to the city's cathedral and central shopping, dining area. The breakfasts couldn't be better, and the restaurant is top notch. My room had a separate living room facing the river with operable French doors and windows. »

« Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend »

« Very friendly staff and room was in a very good and clean condition. One has to remember that it is above/adjacent to a pub/restaurant and so there some minor issues with outside lights and sounds due the the kitchen fan (which was turned off once the kitchen closed for the night). Also note that the place has no on-site parking but the car park opposite offers space at £4 per day. Well served, British breakfast. Overall, a lovely experience. »

« The full cooked breakfast was amazing, i couldn't fault it, single room was small but clean and comfy. very friendly owners , and 2 lovely dogs who came to greet me. Overall i enjoyed my stay, and if im ever back in the area i would definately stay again. »
