Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. This home was the perfect choice. This clean cozy home gave 4 adults and a 3 year old a restful place to stay between her appointments while still allowing the 3 year old space to play ##### Jodie B. Well-equipped, well-maintained home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to Mayo. Everything you need to prepare meals, including a BBQ & outdoor seating. Really nice respite away from full days of appointments at Mayo.
