Rochester Civic Theater Tours and Activities

We checked in at 8:30 p.m. When we got close to our room, the cleaning carts were in the way. We moved them. At 9:25, the sweeper started next door. We retired early and were in bed. Loud! The shuttle service is super. Asked for a invoice and could not get one. Would use this again because of the location.

Meh. Three stars because it was clean and that's most important to me. But the Kahler "Grand" Hotel honestly isn't very grand. Yes, the lobby area is nice, but the rooms are VERY dated. I had a very small room with a very average mattress. The thermostat didn't work - thank goodness there was a window to open for some air. It seems the hotel may have been grand back in the day, but feels very average in the room.

Booked the property for the underground parking, it was sold out! Very misleading. Power went out during the night, not the staffs fault but surprised there was no generator, hotel was pitch black!
