Pretty wooden chalet with all comfort in summer and winter for two people with private swimming pool (children on request) in an olive grove in absolute calm except for the birds, not overlooked, view of the Dolceacqua castle and sea view from the property.
Access is a small, rough but charming and passable road with any vehicle.
Our animal friends are welcome, the site is completely closed.

Un havre de paix!!!
Nous avons été sous le charme de cette location et de ses propriétaires, Maricé et Denis. L’emplacement est incroyable si proche de la mer, et avec cette sensation d’être seul au monde! Le chalet est chaleureux, confortable et rationnel. Nous avons vécu essentiellement à l’extérieur, grâce à des aménagements judicieux et esthétiques, tout est fait pour mettre en valeur la nature. Maricé et Denis sont extrêmement chaleureux ,discrests et très réactifs.

Urlaub im Olivenhain
Die Unterkunft romantisch gelegen im Berg umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Zitronenbäumen und Wildkräutern. Sehr erfrischend ist der Pool, wenn man verschwitzt und erschöpft nach Ausflügen wieder ankommt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und der gemeinsam verbrachte Abend mit superleckerer Verpflegung und Aperitif war sehr schön. Als Nachteil haben wir nur die verheerende Parkplatzsituation an der Küste und den Städten empfunden. Auch mit Hund ist dieser Ligurienabschnitt nicht zu empfehlen, da es an akzeptalen Plätzen für Freilauf oder Baden fehlt. Anders ist es wohl in der Provinz La Spezia (nach Auskunft unserer Freunde, dir zeitgleich in Ligurien waren). Die kulinarischen Genüsse jedoch sind einfach spitze! Italien sieht uns wieder!

Relax Urlaub
Wer zu zweit Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marice und Denis empfangen. Sie luden uns zu einem Empfangs- Aperitif ein, welches sich als Abendessen entpuppte und ein sehr interessanter Abend wurde. Sie standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und fragten immer mal wieder ob alles in Ordnung sei. Nicht aufdringlich immer nur kurz und knapp, sodass man es nicht als unangenehm empfunden hat. Sie gaben uns tolle Ausflugs Tipps. Das sehr kleine Häuschen liegt mitten im Olivenhain und ist nicht einsehbar mit einem tollen Pool . Man hat bis auf die Vermieter keine anderen Nachbarn. Die Stufen zum Haus sind ein wenig beschwerlich, also für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen nicht zu empfehlen. Da der Weg etwas beschwerlich ist zum Haus, wurden die Koffer von Marice mit einem Auto zum Haus gebracht. Was ganz außergewöhnlich toll war ist die Aussenküche. Wir haben immer draußen gekocht und gegessen. Vielen Dank an Maurice und Denis.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Gastgebern.
Toller Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt schön versteckt am Hang zwischen Olivenhainen. Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich habe die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkundet, sehr schöne und einsame Straßen. Habe mich zum Glück für mein Gravel-Bike statt Rennrad entschieden, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, ein Gravel-Bike ist für die oft rauhen und steilen SP-Straßen (Strada Provinciale) besser geeignet.

Herrlich!!!!
Eine wundervolle Location mitten in der Natur. Herzlicher Empfang von Marice und Denis. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist einfach, aber mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Gekocht haben wir immer draußen, weil es so schön war. Unser Hund Rampi wurde auch freundlich aufgenommen, obwohl er frech zu Denis war. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gab viel zu entdecken. Wir würden wieder hinfahren. Marice und Denis sind tolle Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank und alles Gute für euch☺️☺️🍀💐 Wir vermissen Le Lucciole🌿🌿🌿

Traumurlaub im kleinen Paradies
Wir haben 2 Wochen lang einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradies genossen. Alles ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Daher haben wir dort viel Zeit verbracht und uns herrlich entspannen können. Unsere Ausflüge zu den gut erreichbaren Dörfern Dolceacqua, Apricale, Pinja, und Triora haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die liebenswerten Vermieter Maricé und Denis waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns hilfreich zur Seite gestanden, als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten. Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Ferienwochen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage des Häuschens am Berg, im Olivenhain und mit dem wunderbaren Pool hat uns die Hitze gut ertragen lassen. Unser Plan war die Erkundung der unmittelbaren Umgebung, Ausruhen, Lesen und weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Dafür ist diese Ferienunterkunft wirklich ideal mit ihrer herrlichen Lage und Ruhe. Doch wirklich herausragend war die besondere Gastfreundschaft von Marice und Denis! Sie waren hilfsbereit, wunderbar fürsorglich und trotzdem diskret. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die besonderen Abende bei euch, unsere Gespräche, das gemeinsame Lachen und das leckere Essen! Unvergeßlich!

Super zum Erholen und Abschalten
Von der ersten bis wirklich zur letzten Minute, haben sich Maricé und Denis als liebevolle Gastgeber gezeigt, die Ihr Chalet wirklich von Herzen vermieten. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, das Einzige was zu hören ist, sind die Grillen. Man kann am Pool wirklich perfekt entspannen. Aber man kann auch Einiges unternehmen, verschiedene Bergdörfer erkunden, wandern gehen, Städte besichtigen (Sanremo, Monaco usw.) usw. hier steht aber Maricé auch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung - auch wenn es um Tipps für gute Restaurants geht. Das Chalet ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird v.a. verbringt man die wenigste Zeit drinnen. Was auf jeden Fall benötigt wird, ist Mückenspray. Wir waren mit unserem Border Collie Annie zu Gast und auch sie war sehr willkommen und hatte ihren Spaß. Liebe Maricé,, lieber Denis, noch einmal vielen Dank für alles - v.a. für den leckeren Schokoladenkuchen und die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft - macht weiter so. Liebe Grüße Nicole, Nick & Annie

Urlaub in einem kleinen Paradies
Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen Urlaub in dem traumhaft schönen Anwesen von Maricé und Denis. Beide sind sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Leute die ein wenig die Ruhe genießen wollen genau richtig. Das Chalet war sauber und alles war liebevoll hergerichtet und gepflegt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage - Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit pur und direkte Nähe zu diversen zauberhaften italienischen Bergdörfern. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Entzückender Garten mit wunderschönen Blumen. Ebenfalls gute Nähe zu größeren Städten wie Nizza oder Sanremo (< 1 Stunde Fahrzeit)
