THE BASTIDON OF THREE OAKS is nestled in Robion. It is the first village in the Luberon, a foot on the southern foothills. Isolated from the noise, relaxing, it is an island of green ideal to relax. Your walks will take you to Avignon, its festival, in Isle sur la Sorgue to discover its antique dealers in Apt and Roussillon and their landscapes in ocher, or on the other side of the Durance, in the Alpilles. Only 2 rooms with air-conditioning though, and some issues with electrics in the bathroom. Very small upstairs shower. Lots of toys for kids and good tv. Plenty of lawned space for grandchildren to run about. Steep access. Good kitchen , rest of house quite old-fashioned but charming. We had a good week. Mr Bruno gardening a lot.
