"Purchased thru Expedia for my birthday in March. Did the same for my wife's birthday in June. Got a 1st time players card with free $15 put on it. Wife could not because her DL had expired. Been thru airport security 4 times this year. No problem? She does not drive any more. Went home & got passport. OK. But they did not put $15 on it because she was in the system thru MGM? Never been there. She does not gamble?"

"I read some negative things about this particular hotel. Everything I read turned out to be quite untrue. The hotel staff from the front desk to the drivers that took people to the airport to the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff, everyone was above and beyond amazing! The young woman that cleaned the hotel on the fifth floor, where I stayed was amazing polite, very discreet, and a wonderful woman to talk to. I enjoyed my conversations with Dennis, who I met one night while he was breaking to have his dinner. Do the staff at the front desk who was more than helpful anytime I had questions regarding anything. They always had the answers and were very kind. Everyone had a smile on their face, you could tell they enjoyed what they did for a living , thank you folks. I had such an amazing stay with you, I would love to come back and extend my stay the next time. God bless you all, Warmest regards, Dan Doherty"
