Brand new build in town, aircon & wifi

  • Melvilla is a beautiful spacious family house, with 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas and 2 bathrooms it is fully equipped to cater for guests that want the feeling of being away from it all but still have all the amenities of home.
    This stunning home is an entertainer's dream, creating some wonderful memories of your stay in Robe with family & friends. Property has a dishwasher & a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods. Drinks fridge in the garage.
    Fantastic outdoor area complete with a BBQ, table and chairs, lounge area and a big, enclosed yard. Children's playroom with Wii, dress ups & games. There is a highchair & a porta cot to cater for the little ones. Plenty of room for a boat! Outdoor fire pit, please note wood is not supplied. Outdoor pet considered. Pack the car for a short drive to the iconic Long Beach, head to the ski lake or take a scenic walk along one of Robe's many walking trails.
    If you are looking for an amazing home with excellent facilities that caters for a big family holiday, then look no further.
    We love Melvilla and so will you.
    What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Property has a hair dryer & we do supply a small amount of laundry power. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.

Purpose of our visit was for a family catch-up. We had a great stay at this property. Had everything we needed, spacious, great outdoor living space, peaceful location. Clean. Kids play room at the front of the house was a hit with tv and toys. Plan to book again some time next year.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. The kitchen and dining areas are extremely comfortable, large and well equipped. The house is perfect for a family or groups allowing space and privacy when needed, and a large outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing in the sun. The location was perfect for us to explore the lovely coastal town of Robe and a springboard for us to easily visit other Limestone Coast towns. We had a great time and look forward to the next time staying here when we next visit the area.

House was so clean and neat and no expense spared with house. Huge pantry and bathrooms with double shower heads and huge baths. Great huge living and out area with fire pit for drinks and games. An outside heater would be great under veranda for comfort. The house is perfect in winter as it’s warm but doesn’t have central cooler or heating in rooms only split in lounge. So might get hot in summer. But otherwise will be back, loved this house and robe 😊

All the kitchen items were of high quality as well. If I may suggest one area of improvement, it would be supplying dishwashing tablets. While I was informed about it well in advance so it’s not a complaint but rather an add on to a hassle free stay.
