Staff are great here and so is the food selection. Only downside is the business centre and the printer out of action

Great staff who were super helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was the business center where the printer wasn't working for my stay and seemed like it wasn't going to have printer cartridge replaced any time soon.

Good place for Business visit.
The hotel is ideally located in the Industrial districts of Riyadh. The evening and nights are quite after a day's hard work. But, don't know what are the options if you happen to be in the hotel in a week end.

A wonderful place to stay in Riyadh. Everything for a relaxed and pleasant accommodation is served. The personal is lovely friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed as family every minute! Strongly recommend this hotel for all type of visits.

Va a ser un hotel fenomenal
El hotel va a ser (y no digo es) un hotel fenomenal porque todavia le falta para estar a pleno rendimiento. Mi compañero y yo fuimos de los primeros huespedes en alojarnos. El hotel en general es fantastico con un diseño precioso, mostrando todo un gran lujo. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas, asi como el baño que esta fenomenal y sobre todo la ducha. El personal es muy amable y simpatico en todo momento lo unico que al ser completamente nuevo les falta todavia cojer experiencia pero para nada es algo negativo. Todos los empleados siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y atentos Todavia no funciona ni la piscina, ni el spa, ni el gimnasio y para mi fue la unica razon de reservar dicho hotel ademas de estar cerca del cliente donde iba a trabajar lo cual me ahorraba mucho tiempo de trafico, por lo que en ese sentido no he estado muy contento y si hubiera habido otro hotel cerca me hubiera marchado. El precio es un poco alto para la zona donde esta y precisamente sin esos servicios que faltan todavia lo veo excesivo. Tengo que decir que para la segunda semana de reserva un encargado se ofrecio a darnos un upgrade a una habitacion mas cara pero sinceramente no neceisto una habitacion mas cara sino quiza el desayuno gratis o una cena o algo que para mi si tenga valor. En general es un hotel recomendable 100% ya que cuando este a pleno rendimiento va a estar muy bien. Perfecto para quien trabaje por los alrededores ya que esta un poco alejado del centro.
