property is unique and great beach however the customer service was awful. one time i even asked for a smile from the receptionist and his answer was " what can i do for you" in a serious tone. there is no where in the hotel to get a coffee before 730 am, the attitude to everything is no first then if you insist and beg there might be a yes. a few people left early as it was very negative energy and you felt ripped off. You could not pay me to go back. shame as the beach is quiet beautiful.

Although there are still a few things nomade can work on, (bfast included rooms must still pay $2 gratuity charge, no one keeping the peddlers/mariachi bands away from lounging beach guests, no one patrolling grounds overnight for noisy overserved guests, WiFi/phones unreliable ), this resort gets a solid A. The staff are unquestionably the kindest, most professional, conscientious people and always go the extra mile. The food is delicious, fresh and takes the words locally sourced very seriously. I will return again and again. Tropical Fenix and Philippe deserve recognition-one of the best massages I’ve ever received.

Very beautiful and unique design Transportations : Unorganized transportation from Expedia at airport in Cancun I thought there would be a shuttle for form of transportation expecting us from the hotel or Expedia We had to spend 500 usd round trip from the airport and back to airport I wasn’t expecting it

I loved our stay at Nomade. The property is beautiful and has a relaxing vibe. Clientele is a bit older that other Tulum hotels, 40 and no parties on site. The restaurant is great and is on the beach. You can also checkout Be Tulum next door which is the sister property.

It’s a real good one and the staffs are just great! Loved the housekeeping twice a day. The beach restaurant was just fab! The grilled grouper was just out of the world. Would have been great if the way to our private terrace with pool was through our room instead of outside of our room and if there were more lights in the bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Be Tulum, and it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the natural beauty that surrounds this boutique hotel. Calm, Peaceful, Mindful
If you are looking for a calm and relaxing trip to connect with yourself or with a loved one, this is the perfect place. I stayed at Nomade with my teenage daughter who loves nature. We loved that this place was so peaceful and health-conscious. It is very green, well-kept, clean and friendly. We stayed at the tree house and loved showering outdoors! It would be great if they put a mini fridge in the room but other than that it was perfect.

The concierge team at this hotel is great. They really are in constant communication with you and make themselves available to you 24/7. The waivers by the pool/ beach area are terrible. They would not even acknowledge us when we were there. We had to constantly find them or go up to them to get us towels and take our orders. Did not feel welcomed at all waiters appeared to have preference among guests and acted as if we would not leave them a tip. I stayed at the room in the tree and must say the bed is very hard and uncomfortable, the room also does not stay too cold even with the AC. They should also put lights on the stairs leading up to the room as this was pitch black and we constantly had to use our phone flashlight to go up and down the stairs. No matter how high we were the fact that the door leading out to the bathroom and balcony would not lock did not make me feel safe. I would no say I would return or recommend this hotel, staff must improve as well as certain aspects of the hotel. The guys standing by the hotel entrance were very nice and pleasant to speak with.

I'm going to give it 4 stars for different reasons One of the main reasons just that it's too far from everything about 30 minutes, The hotel is beautiful, have nice facilities, The pool is very small very small Most of the places I've stayed They have a considerably large pool, since there are going to be a lot of people inside the place, The workers are very friendly, The place is always clean, Alejandra was very kind, I give her 5 stars because whenever I sent her a text she would reply to me later and send me certain link with all the info, Macondo's waiter, Russell was always very attentive to us throughout our stay, After all, the hotel is nice, but it's too far away from restaurants, Bars, downtown and everything else , it's mostly for relaxation.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Nomade Tulum, and I must say that it was quite a disappointment. The staff's unprofessional behavior and the incompetence of the concierge made my stay far from enjoyable. First and foremost, The most frustrating aspect of my stay was the concierge service. Despite explicitly requesting a specific tour, they managed to book us for the wrong one. When we realized the mistake, the concierge adamantly refused to accept their fault and instead tried to shift the blame onto us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it significantly impacted our overall experience. It's worth noting that a hotel's concierge service plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Regrettably, this was not the case at Nomade Tulum. Their failure to fulfill a simple request and their unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake only added to our disappointment. I strongly advise future guests to exercise caution when relying on the concierge service at Nomade Tulum. It is essential to double-check any arrangements made by them to avoid any unpleasant surprises or inconveniences. In conclusion, my stay at Nomade Tulum was marred by unprofessional staff and an incompetent concierge. Their lack of accountability and refusal to accept their mistake when it came to booking the wrong tour left a lasting negative impression. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and takes appropriate measures

They give you a mosquito repellent in the bathroom. We brought our own bug spray so I sprayed that everywhere (in the bedroom and the bathroom) before going to bed our first night. Next morning we woke up to dead cockroaches and hundreds of mosquitos and tiny little black bugs. I felt so disgusting being there. Literally just wondered what would have happened if I had not used a bug spray. We ended up switching to Cancun the next day in a desperate attempt to get out of there and opted for an all-inclusive resort instead. Keep in mind they also expect a tip for every little thing here. It’s ridiculous. The food is sub par. Not great variety to choose from, especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan. Additionally, at night around 3 am I heard a small animal walking around on our roof. It was terrifying and I felt unsafe.
