The backyard is definitely a highlight—spacious and fun, especially for groups. Just a heads-up for serious pickleball players: the court isn’t full size, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The pool area has charm but sits under a pine tree, so it does get quite messy, and the pool isn’t heated. The home has a fun, eye-catching decor, though it’s a bit older and could use some updates. The kitchen had the basics, but if you're planning to cook full meals, it may feel a bit understocked. Beds were okay, though not the most comfortable, and a few items around the house were a bit worn or in need of repair.
