"The amenities and breakfast were good, but the room wasn't in very good condition. There was quite a bit of road noise and loud people getting ready for work, slamming room doors and talking very loudly from 4:30 am on each day. That's not management's fault, but I was very tired at the end of my stay."

"Very convenient location in downtown, right next to the theatre. Very clean, updated space. Host very responsive to needs despite being contactless check-in. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again."

I have booked through you guys many of times and when i contacted you via virtual chat i got no help and my money never was refunded i have been a customer for a while and will be Google reviewing you EVERYWHERE VERY POORLY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW!
