"Una mala experiencia con la reserva en este hotel, primero que nada en el momento del check in me hicieron un cobro adicional por reservar con expedía a pesar de que la reserva estaba pagada en su totalidad previamente, me cobraron por el estacionamiento también aparte y el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel y no incluido como dice en la descripción, tuve que dejar el vehículo y regresar caminando al hotel. "We stayed there for a long weekend. We were 8 people in four rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from Cuenca’s main attractions.
