"Well equipped trailer with a beautiful view. We did on the whole enjoy staying at the property. It is quite a remote property which was a little nerve wracking at first as our signal was limited but the setting is worth it. Only about 20 mins to St Peters. Our main feedback was just around the compost toilet, whilst eco efficient, it does have a smell and this smell progressively got worse with more use. We did flag this with the owner who was quick to respond and suggested using the fan. We...

"We had a fantastic week - Aileen was a great host - her thoughtfulness, hospitality and attention to detail were clear from the moment we arrived! The cottage had everything we needed and the view of the lake was beautiful!! The area is great for biking, kayaking, hiking and touring but also a great place to relax - we will definitely be back! "I rented the Cabin to have some solitude, peace and quiet. It was all of that. The cabin is clean, quaint, beautiful, and set up really nice. The view of the lake from the Cabin and front porch is spectacular. You have all need for cooking and place settings. I would make one suggestion, is to place a microwave if possible? I hiked the Skyline trail on the Cabot Trail, it was amazing. I saw a huge Rabbit on the lawn one evening. I videoed two amazing birds on the Post that holds the flag. On a...
