"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "We booked the hotel for our 13th wedding anniversary, 13yrs is lace. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, clean and surprisingly cool considering the heat we are having at the moment. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment. I would certainly use the hotel again. Just a short walk into the city centre."
