Restored using local materials, the house offers a spacious and welcoming living area. One of the two bay windows provides an unobstructed view of Mont Mézenc and Mont Gerbier de Jonc.

Nearby: an inn in the village, leisure facilities in Lavalette (28 km) and Devesset (30 km), a greenway 6 km away, Dunières (railbike and tourist train) 14 km away.
