The apartment itself is a bit older, but it was well-equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and everything worked perfectly during our stay.The only minor downside is that, due to the central location, there were some homeless people nearby and occasional noise at night. I mentioned this to the host, Marcus, and he let me know he’s planning to install acoustic windows, so this should improve in the future.Marcus’s communication was excellent—he was always quick to respond and available via text whenever we needed him. Marcos went above and beyond out of his way to make sure that any worries I might have were taken care of. I needed an early check in and an extra day due to flight issues and he accommodated me. Our plane landed at 6am and he allowed us to check in HOURS before our expected checkin. It allowed us to sleep and rest comfortably and I can’t thank him enough for that! The location is absolutely perfect too! The only comment I would make is that the bathroom tile and grout is old which gives it the appearance it’s dirty. At some point that should be replaced but I understand how expensive and time consuming that is. Other than that everything was great! I look forward to staying here again! The bathrooms were not clean (hair in sinks and bath mats not clean). The bathrooms each had a bar of soap but no shampoo. Positives: Good location and good price. There were some things missing at first, we called Marcos and he had no problems making things right and in A timely manner. The apartment is on the ground floor so traffic on Av. Atlantica can be noisy. Also there are people who congregate in front talking and smoking and the smell wafts into the apartment. This wasn’t a problem for me even though I quit smoking 41 years ago. Overall, Marcos was superb. There are no things missing in the apartment now so I really think it’s a great place to stay KUDOS TO MARCOS!!! ##### Emmett K.
