Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast, very good location and very gentle people in the front desk. But WiFi almost never worked properly, a couple of days they didn’t do our room and once they woke as up while we had the “Do not disturb” sign.
Hotel is pretty good . Not worth $200.00 per night … Beds are not comfortable.. Breakfast is amazing… Service is pretty good . Room is small but ok . Hallways smell bad … There is a swimming pool but it can’t be used .

Room cleaning is not good. My floor was really . Really dirty. Has to call for hep twice. Reception and restaurant employees were attentive.
Room Is very simple but functional. Location is fantastic. Price is highly for accommodation offers. No face towels at bathroom

I could have the worst experience in travelling if wasn’t the amazing team at the Ibis Hotel Barra . After so many conversations with Expedia , saying that I won’t be on time for check in and asking to hold by booking , the reservation was canceled. Was 11pm, I had 36 hours flight to get there and i was exhausted . The team was so considered and got me a room , and was so calm and nice . Wake up next day with all solved and changed me to a better room , was not a single time that they make me fell angry or upset . I would like to give 10 out of10 to the team !!!! Thank you
Absolute worst! I chose it for the location and breakfast, which are the only good things along with the view. On the first day, I noticed two of my belongings went missing after the room was cleaned. When I reported it, they responded by saying they trusted their cleaning staff because they were long term employees and showed no interest in compensating me. After cleaning, they didn’t replace the towels. I requested new ones, and it took 3 hours for them to arrive only after asking multiple times. When they finally brought them, the towels were dirty as shown in the photos. This happened twice. The room was constantly dirty—full of sand and hair in various places and never properly cleaned. I stopped trusting the cleaning service and locked everything in the safe. Next day, the safe broke and they had to drill it open to give me access to my work equipment. I requested to have my room cleaned while I was present, but the cleaning was very superficial: they used a broom, didn’t vacuum, and even wiped surfaces with a pillowcase right in front of me. Wi-Fi was terrible in both hotels, constantly disconnecting and unreliable. After begging for basic service and being ignored by every receptionist I spoke to over the phone—they clearly didn’t care about anything I was requesting—I had to escalate the issue to the hotel manager. She was the only person who provided proper assistance and transferred me to Mercure. While the room was slightly better, there was mold on curtains.
