"The Townplace Suites property is located in a beautiful area of Port St. Lucie, situated near restaurants , shopping, ideal area for exercising around the 2 mile lake. Close to I95. Hotel staff front desk representative “Kat” is by far the best Marriott representative I have seen in quite sometime. She is attentive to customers, is polite, and truly cares about ensuring that all Marriott customers are taken care of. I needed a 1st floor room due to a leg injury & she was able to accommodate it. I am a 23 year Marriott Platinum member and have stayed at many Marriott throughout the world. R. Brown"

"Stayed one night at The Lucie in Jensen Beach and had a really great experience overall. The hotel has a clean, modern coastal feel and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well-kept, comfortable, and nicely designed with a fresh beach-inspired aesthetic. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. One of the best parts of the stay was the location — being right near the water made for beautiful views and a peaceful vibe. The pool and outdoor areas were also very well maintained and perfect for unwinding. For a short getaway or overnight stay, this hotel was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Jensen Beach."

"The bed was very uncomfortable, took some getting used to. The magnetic card key for the room was a nightmare. Had to get rekeyed twice. Didn't work half the time. It was very annoying. I don't know why, but the toilet was built for a five year old. Isn't there a standard measurement from the floor? My husband is six foot and literally felt like he was sitting on the floor. Not sure I would stay there again."

"I do not know why there are so many good reviews about this hotel because my experience was very poor. First off, I do give five stars for location, could not ask for a better place then right on Hutchinson Island. Beach, several bars/pubs within walking distance, I was able to catch the sunrise on the jetty. Yes, a great location. The hotel itself is old and run down. I was given a key card but the swipe mechanism on the door was broken so was given a standard key. Hallways look worn, and need a lot of work to touch up. The door jamb was rusted and bent, I had to slam the door several time before it would lock. Furniture in room again worn and needs replacement desk chair wobbles, desk drawer would not open. Rusting trim in the bathroom. The sliding door to the balcony does not slide. WiFi was marginal speed test down 3.10, up 3.53. New smart TV in the room was a plus, the last occupant forgot to sign out of this Premium YouTube account (I used my own credentials for other streaming services). The last kicker was $16 a day resort fee for use of the pool and patio – really? I was booked for two days and did not get any maid service, so unmade bed and used towels for two days. This places needs a boat load of TLC. Sorry, I highly do not recommend."

"We stayed in the main property in a room Facing the pool over Mother’s Day weekend. It was very nice, only a little loud with kids having fun by the pool on the weekends but it was very quiet during the week. We enjoyed the workout facilities that were a short walk to and we did that each morning. The lap pool outside the gym was a great way to cool off and no one was there but us. Our room was great! Very nice place and we will be back!"
