« The cottage is adorable and close to the downtown area. The amenities are excellent. It is though close to the railroad tracks and the train came by almost every 3 hrs throughout the night. This unit is located on the second floor and you’ll need to be able to walk up the stairs. Unfortunately being in a boot post surgery this was not an ideal situation for me. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful (especially when we couldn't find the kayak paddles, lol). We took advantage of almost all the amenities, bike rides in the morning, kayaked out to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve Park (had the beach to ourselves), pool to cool off, even turned on the gas fireplace for all of 15 mins before it made the room too warm. Did not see the downstairs tenant at all and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again...

« When I get to the place, wanted to take a shower cause I’ve been traveling all day when I cut on the hot water it never get hot so I called the host and he told me that the cold water was hot. You have to let it run I shouldn’t had to have called him for that. It should’ve been spelled out before I rented the place. It’s also connected to his house made this into a garage. I’d like the room to be pitch black And you can C light coming through the door next to the bathroom other than that it was...

« A little confusing when booking through VRBO but having to check in like a hotel guest at the main building. Room was great! Would ask that you provide cups for the bathroom and maybe put a small table outside on the balcony. It is a beautiful location. Dinner options on property are not great and the times are not correct online. »

« The space was absolutely immaculate, everything had a place and it was SO clean. Super convenient location for my stay and a quiet neighborhood with a really nice park. Although it does say Private Studio - it also lists 2 bedrooms. There is a pull out couch however there are not 2 separate rooms. It wasn’t an issue for us and was already discussed with the host. « The apartment was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed to relax and enjoy! Even though our temps weren’t great, the pool and hot tub were both perfect! Loved the beach chair/umbrella/towel service on the beach also! »

« The home is divided into two or three units. There were other renters in another unit, teenagers. They were talking loud the whole night. We couldn’t sleep. We left two days early. I Didn’t get a reimbursement for the unused portion on the rental. I do not recommend it. »
