It’s says daily housekeeping, however nobody even changed the towels. It’s says stove in the kitchen, but there’s no gas to cook the food!!! We spent money to buy food to cook and it was not possible! WiFi not secured and was missing few hours. Resection guy can’t make any decisions told us to wait a manager in the morning. Problem was never resolved

Short Trip to Tuscany- Camping Il Pogetto
Campsite located in Tuscany, we stayed very early in the season just after opening so we didn't see it at it's best. We stayed in a chalet with kitchen. Kitchen had no table just seating along the wall. Steps up to chalet were a bit wobbly! Wifi was available if you paid extra and per device! There was a restaurant on site which we ate in and it was ok. Not a lot of choice in the immediate area so we had to travel by car to find a shop and other restaurants.The overall impression was that the place was a little dated and could do with a refresh.

Gratamente sorprendida, el lugar esta nuevo y la limpieza es muy buena, tiene lo necesario para estar lejos del ruido de la ciudad y disfrutar unos días del paisaje, tienen un mini Mercado dentro de la propiedad que te permite comprar ls cosas que olvides.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Camping familial à taille humaine. Piscine très grande avec 2 petits bassins pour les enfants et toboggans. Services restauration et supérette sur place. Camping calme et activités ponctuelles mises en place. Le personnel ne parle pas français mais est très sympathique . Le ménage dans le mobilhome est très succinct. Gros problème de réglage de l’eau froide/chaude. La vaisselle présente n’est pas suffisante (pas de bol par exemple).

Non commento i servizi per i campeggiatori perché non li ho provati, ma la camera che mi è stata offerta era molto piccola, vecchia e poco stabile (quando i vicini si muovevano la nostra ballava). Di contro il personale è super gentile (sia in reception, che al bar, che in piscina) e la struttura è immersa nel verde.

Cours séjour à Florence
Court séjour à Florence nous avons passé 3 nuits au campin dans un mobile home sépare en deux, juste une chambre et une salle de bain tout a fait correct au vu du prix LA piscine est bien MAIS il faut mettre les bonnets de bain.... Florence est assez loin de l hôtel ET LE soir ON tourne UN PEU en rond il n y a pas grand chose à faire ....

Minha família e eu ficamos em uma das novas acomodações e eles nos informaram que no final da estadia seria cobrado uma faxina (25€). Quando fomos pagar eles disseram que iriam cobrar o dobro e GRITARAM conosco, nos XINGARAM! ,nunca vi tamanho desrespeito,minha avó chegou a passar mal depois da discussão,Todo esse estresse pelo simples fato de termos deixado pão na cesta de pães e louça na pia,ainda se eles tivessem avisado que mesmo pagando a faxina tinhamos que faze-la,ok!!,mas não,isso só foi dito na hora do check out e ainda com a maior falta de educação,fiquei indignada,não recomendo a ninguém!!! Ps1: na hora do check out não devolveram nossos passaportes,quando lembramos estávamos quase em outra cidade. Ps2:um dia de estadia custou 185€ para 5 pessoas quase 700 reais porque além do preço absurdo da faxina(50€) tivemos que pagar roupas de cama e toalhas. Lugar mt mal localizado longe de tudo tivemos muito gasto com gasolina. Não recomendo a ninguém Mostrar menos

Il campeggio era ben tenuto con tutti i servizi i bungalow poco confortevoli con la presenza di formicolio che si trovavano all'interno avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione r disinfestazione. Ci sono anche bungalow nuovi a noi purtroppo hanno assegnato uno vecchio.

On est arrivé à 3h du matin et il y avait un effet personne pour nous accueillir qui était au top
