"Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy!
