"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"

"Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Berg, für jemandem der schlecht zu Fuß eher nicht geeignet. Da man sonst immer das Auto benötigt. Terrassen und der Garten sind sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Leider läuft das WLAN nicht stabil, sodass man leider Aussetzer beim TV hat. Für Probleme hatte die Vermieterin gleich Lösungsvorschläge. "The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. "All the rooms were modern and a good size. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Our car was unused during our stay, but left in a secure parking space at the property. Our e-bikes were secured over night in a locked garage. The easy walk into central Garmish was about ten minutes. With our bikes we were able to visit all the locations/towns around Garmish, via the dedicated cycle paths or minor roads and mountain trails."
