"Our multigenerational family had a wonderful long weekend. The house was well equipped with tons of amenities, it was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from lake winni! We had 4 adults, two teens and a puppy, and we all enjoyed our stay and the house!!"

"Just finished a nice week in a beautiful log cabin. Owner made the rental very easy with all the necessary amenities for people traveling from a far. Nice area in the basement for kids or a temp office for those that cant step away from work. Will definitely rebook next trip back to Winni."

"Charming home in a chanel. Michele was very responsive to any and all questions. The bed rooms were spacious but downstairs was a little smaller than we thought but still worked for our family. The only thing was the geese poop all over the yard and dock which doesn't seem like it can be helped. Close and easy boat launch and nice size dock for your boat"

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could not cool the place properly. The moment you enter you are hit with a musty smell downstairs that carried to some extent throughout as if their was a flood that was not properly cared for, and it was strong enough to cause some allergy related issues for one. The beds were not very comfortable. There are no bathrooms upstairs where the two main bedrooms are which is just a pain. The walkway as you approach was in rough shape, broken, weeds coming up making it slippery when wet. There was a random bag of soil half used just laying on side of the home. The fire pit was tiny, and no outdoor seating near it! We found this very odd. Many warped stairs inside house that felt somewhat unsafe for anyone with challenges walking up and down three flights or unsteady. Railings on one section need attention, felt like it was going to break. Many of the lamps did not work, nor were they connected to the light switches when they did. We were allowed to have our dog, and kitchen was well appoint"

"The owner of the property was a pleasure to work with an extremely helpful very available for any requests The home is extremely clean and a 10 minute walk or very short drive to the lake There is only one pass to the lake so if you have more than one car, this could be a problem The air-conditioning does not reach one of the bedrooms very well, so it is extremely hot in the bedroom that is adjacent to the back yard The kitchen is very small, I would recommend this is more suitable for four people than seven, there is a pull out couch that turns into a bed but the location is awkward and it's in the kitchen. It's really basically one open room, with bedrooms off of it There's a nice fire pit in the back if the weather is not too hot that's a big plus And a nice big table for eating in the back and the hot tub again if it's not too hot, it's very clean The neighborhood is nice and quiet overall , there is a porch with a couple of comfortable chairs in the front, which is shady. If you're not going to be in the house that much, then this is a great base to spend lots of time at the lake or doing other activities."
