The hotel is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very nice. The only cons that i have was not enough towels in the bathroom, my wife uses multiple towels so i have to hide mine if i want clean towels. There was only one cup for our drinks which should have been at least two. These cons aren't deal breakers but more of an inconvenience.

This was a perfect refreshing stay in the middle of our road trip! The breakfast is wonderful and Keisha was so helpful and kind! Front desk ladies were above and beyond in any questions we had. I think they were very thoughtful about family placement too because we traveled with kids and are always worried about being too loud, the walls let in no noise but we heard other families when we were in the hall, so they must try and place people in a thoughtful way.

Excellent staff also Kisha at breakfast super nice and all the staff made us feel welcome I give you a 10 definitely I will come back to the location and the General Manager super nice . Love that hotel!!

New, nice, VERY friendly and welcoming staff. The people at the front desk were quick and unbelievably friendly. The woman that helped with the breakfast was amazing as well. Rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable, and we loved everything about it.

IHG Ridgeland
The night clerk at our check in was awesome. She was courteous, friendly and caring. I would give her a perfect 10. Employees like her make me happy. Great experience.

No soap in the room. I was told that we did not have a room until I showed my confirmation. Was given a handicap room. Nice facility. I know they just opened a few weeks ago. Will stay there again.
